extends AbstractVTSWriter

Result writer for VTS information. Print the ephemerides with date (UTC), position and speed in EME2000 frame. The CIC_OEM_VERS field for the file will be set to 2.0. The following header files will be used in the header: COMMENT [header] (optional)
CREATION_DATE [header] (required)
ORIGINATOR [header] (required)
COMMENT [metadata] (optional)
OBJECT_NAME [metadata] (required)
OBJECT_ID [metadata] (required)
CENTER_NAME [metadata] (required)
REF_FRAME [metadata] (required)
